Deep Tissue Massage Balm

200gr jar massage balm

This massage balm is designed to be used for massage therapy.

It can be used for general body relaxation purposes, for toning body muscles and helping to relieve fatigue or muscle aches, sprains and pains.

Our balm is very popular with patients of many physiotherapists and the physio themselves like working with it as well.

How can I benefit from this healing massage balm?

This balm has a moderate resistance allowing the massage therapist, physiotherapist or other users to ‘gain traction’ to the treated area, perfect for sports massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial techniques, acupressure and frictions.

How do I use this massage balm?

For massage purposes, add a small amount of balm to your hands, then use the fingers to apply the oil to problem areas.

Allow the balm to be absorbed into the skin, then use your fingers and palms to massage over chosen body sections where relief is required.

Are there precautions I should know about?

Though aromatherapy is a pure and natural therapy, there are some essential oils which may cause skin irritations, while others may interfere with some medications.

Essential oils should be avoided in the first trimester of a pregnancy as some essential oils may bring hormonal imbalances and may induce labour.

Our massage balm is recommended by physiotherapists.

Organic beeswax, olive and sunflower oils, emu oil, vitamin E, arnica and the pure essential oils of peppermint, rosemary, cajeput, ginger, black pepper, wintergreen and clove.

Best deep tissue massage balm NZ

At first, I’ll admit I was skeptical that a massage balm made with beeswax would be as effective compared to the oil-based balms I’ve used in the past. I can now say after trying the product more than once that AromaSense Massage Balm has well exceeded my expectations and is the best balm I’ve used to massage away muscle soreness and tension.
Made with all-natural ingredients, I was impressed with the way the balm melted in my hands and was easy to apply. There was no greasiness, no clumping, and no irritation. Instead, the balm worked its way into the muscles, allowing for a deep massage that was the perfect ending to my workout routines. I’ve been able to apply the balm myself on my arms, shoulders, and calve muscles. And, I had a trained physiotherapist apply the product to my upper and lower back and the results were impressive to say the least.
In addition to taking away the friction, allowing for a better massage, the natural ingredients helped to revitalize my body and even improve my skin where it was applied. This product was especially effective with the deep tissue massages I have received, which has helped me recover from soreness faster and feel better overall.
AromaSense massage balm is easy to apply, highly effective, and priced just right, so it’s little wonder that I highly recommend this product. If you are looking for an all-natural massage balm that works wonders for your muscles, then AromaSense is the answer!

    So helpful

Over the years, I have tried different massage balms and have been pleased with some and not with others until I found AromaSense. Made from beeswax and other natural ingredients, the AromaSense Massage Balm turned out to be exactly what I was looking for in my massages.

What helps make AromaSense different, apart from the ingredients, is how it actually provides some resistance without any pulling or discomfort during the massage. While it may seem counterintuitive, massage balms that offer some resistance actually work better than simple oils in working the muscles. I’ve noticed the difference immediately and was pleased with the outcome. I can really tell when my back is sore how the massage balm helps my massage therapist to dig into the muscle groups and provide relief.

Plus, the balm is easy to use by myself when I need to massage my arms, shoulders, or legs. I simply add a little to my fingers and apply the balm where it is needed. I can quickly rub the area and start feeling the relief quickly thanks to this remarkable product. It also helps that this massage balm contains essential oils that provide some aromatherapy, helping me to relax and unwind which further helps the massage.

The balm keeps well in the container, making it easy to use and it will last for a long time. Considering the low price, I am pleased that the product lasts so long. Plus, the balm is absorbed by my skin after it is applied and does not feel greasy or icky. Needless to say, I am very pleased with AromaSense Massage Balm as it really works!
