Citrus bergamia. Bergamot essential oil has anti-inflammatory properties as well as being a wonderful antiseptic, capable of treating many skin conditions. It is particularly suited to those of us who have oily skin.

Cymbopogon martinii. Palmarosa essential oil is a powerful anti-viral, antifungal plus in skincare it regulates sebum production, moisturises dry and mature skin and stimulates cellular regeneration. Also fights acne, eczema and psoriasis.
Menthe spicata. Spearmint essential oil is helpful for treating indigestion, nausea, diarrhea, upper gastrointestinal tract spasms, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and gallstones. For swelling inside the mouth, arthritis, local muscle and nerve pain, and skin conditions.
Foeniculum vulgare. Organic Fennel essential oil is particularly effective against flatulence, constipation, colic, nausea, vomiting, anorexia and hiccups. Also great for body management, assisting with cellulite deposits.
Pinus sylvestris. Pine essential oil has a long history of treating ailments typically associated with respiratory conditions and infections. It works well as a disinfectant and is beneficial in cleaning the air and the home.
