All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms & conditions AromaSense and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms & conditions AromaSense, please do not use this site.

Disclaimer: All care is taken and the information given is to be used as a guideline only and no responsibility is taken for misuse of products and to treat, diagnose or prevent any health condition. Whenever necessary please consult with a professional aromatherapist. Some essential oils are considered safe to use after the first 16 weeks of a pregnancy including lavender, lemon, mandarin, bergamot, neroli, chamomile roman, pettigrain and grapefruit. We suggest you consult your aromatherapist or healthcare professional before using any essential oils if you’re pregnant.

Gift cards: AromaSense gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of its purchase. If you are giving a AromaSense Gift Card to another person, you should ensure that he or she is aware of the terms and conditions that apply to the AromaSense Gift Card and the relevant Expiry Date of the AromaSense Gift Card. AromaSense gift cards can only be used online at https://aromasense.co.nz

Email Optin Policy: When you choose to receive emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email sent. Or at the “my-account” page.

No Fuss Returns Policy

Customers may return new, unused items (excluding on-sale items) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price however customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Please note, returns will only be processed if the item is received by us in new, unused condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes the bank and payment gateway to process our refund request.

If the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will bear responsibility for the return shipping costs.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

How long will it take to receive my order.

We and our courier service (Fastway and NZ Post) endevour to have your order with you the next day when ordered before noon that day otherwise it will be the day after, but it can take up to 5 days, that really hasn’t happened yet, but that are the terms of the courier services.

All our parcels are send either with Aramex or Courierpost and you will receive a tracking link so you can track progress of your order.

Limitation of Liability: Marco van Hattem t/a AromaSense or Elena Romanova shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the services and products offered on this site, or the performance of the services and products.

Typographical Errors: In the event that a AromaSense product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, AromaSense reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. AromaSense reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AromaSense shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Miscellaneous: Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of New Zealand.

Third-Party Links: In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, AromaSense may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with AromaSense, AromaSense has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of AromaSense. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, AromaSense seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
