With our one-on-one consultation, we will discuss your lifestyle, diet, and health history to determine which essential oils are best for you. I will then create a unique bespoke blend of oils tailored to your individual needs, give you instructions on how to use it for maximum benefits.

You will also receive advice on how to incorporate aromatherapy into your daily routine to continue to benefit from its healing properties. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, improve sleep, or simply create a calming atmosphere, Aromatherapy Consultation Hour can help you find the perfect blend of oils to meet your needs.

Our sessions aim is to improve your life: give you support in your endeavours, protect you and your loved ones from harmful bacteria and viruses. You will be better informed about how to use oils safely, enjoy the aromatherapy more and feel more confident in applying oils in daily situations. And, you will have your own bespoke blend to soothe, heal, protect, balance or prevent. As an outcome of your Aromatherapy Consultation you will have an essential oil blend which is all about you.
