Why Lena created this blend
Breathe Easy was originally created by Lena during colder months when she wanted a blend that felt fresh, clearing and comforting to use throughout the home. After working with eucalyptus, peppermint, pine and tea tree, she developed a balanced aroma that quickly became a favourite in diffusers and steam showers during seasonal changes.
Aroma profile
The scent opens with the bright freshness of eucalyptus, followed by the cool minty lift of peppermint. Pine adds a clean, resinous note, while tea tree brings a warm herbal depth that rounds the blend and keeps it balanced. Together, the oils create a crisp, spacious aroma without feeling too sharp or overpowering.
How to use Breathe Easy
- Diffuser: Add 4 to 6 drops to create a fresh, clean atmosphere.
- Steam shower: Add a few drops away from direct skin contact and allow the warm steam to carry the aroma.
- Inhalation: Add 1 drop to a tissue and breathe gently nearby.
- On the go: Add 1 drop to an aromatherapy necklace or tissue.
- Massage: Dilute up to 5 drops in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil before applying to chest, back or shoulders.
- Bath: Mix 5 drops with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil before adding to bath water.
