I had used a Steroid based nasal spray for a number of years for chronic sinus problems. My GP was concerned that using steroids over a long period would lead to the break done of the nasal skin. Two years ago I switched to Kanuka Oil. I sniff the bottle each morning and this keeps my Sinus’s clear.
