Recipes with Cedarwood Essential Oil
Cedarwood atlas or cedrus atlantica essential oil reduces anxiety and tension, relaxes tight muscles. It is calming, helpful for meditation. It lessens pain, promotes restful sleep, helps breathing and repels insects.
Muscle relaxing recipes with cedarwood essential oil for bath
Mix 4 drops of cedarwood essential oil with
4 drops of chamomile essential oil
4 drops of lavender essential oil
3 drops of lemongrass essential oil
in a tea spoon of sweet almond oil.
Pour the blend into the water. Swirl the water to disperse the oil evenly. Enter the bath immediately, relax and enjoy for about 30 minutes.
Stress relieving blend with cedarwood essential oil for bath
Mix 3 drops of cedarwood essential oil with
3 drops of lavender essential oil
3 drops of chamomile essential oil
1 drop of petitgrain essential oil
2 drops of lemon essential oil
3 drops of mandarin essential oil
in a tea spoon of sweet almond oil.
Pour the blend into the water. Swirl the water to disperse the oil evenly. Enter the bath immediately, relax and enjoy for about 30 minutes.
Conditioning recipe with cedarwood essential oil for shiny hair
Mix 8 drops of cedarwood essential oil with
8 drops of rosemary essential oil
8 drops of bay laurel leaf essential oil
3 drops of geranium essential oil
in 30 ml of jojoba oil.
Massage about 1 tea spoon of the blend into the hair and scalp. Leave it on for as long as you can (overnight will be great!). Wash your hair in warm water with a natural shampoo twice. We recommend AromaSense shampoo. Use the blend 3 times a week until you achieve desired results.
Insect repellent mist spray recipe with cedarwood essential oil
Mix 50 drops of cedarwood essential oil with
100 drops of geranium essential oil
100 drops of jojoba oil
50 drops of bay laurel leaf essential oil
50 drops of distilled lime essential oil
50 drops of pine essential oil
in 100 ml of distilled or spring water.
Rub jojoba oil into your skin before going outdoors. Spray the blend on exposed skin. Avoid spraying into your eyes.
Calming massage recipes with cedarwood essential oil
Mix 5 drops of cedarwood essential oil with
5 drops of petitgrain essential oil
5 drops of chamomile essential oil
in 1 table spoon of macadamia nut oil.
Or
Mix 5 drops of cedarwood essential oil with
4 drops of clary sage essential oil
4 drops of palmarosa essential oil
2 drops of lemon essential oil
in 1 table spoon of macadamia nut oil.
Massage for at least 30 minutes, until all the oil is fully absorbed by the skin.
Sleep restfully massage blend with cedarwood essential oil
Mix 3 drops of cedarwood essential oil with
4 drops of sweet orange essential oil
3 drops of neroli essential oil
5 drops of chamomile essential oil.
In a table spoon of jojoba oil.
Massage the blend into the back, neck, and shoulders until the oil is fully absorbed in the skin.
