Aroma profile
The aroma opens with the lively citrus freshness of lemon and eucalyptus, followed by the warm spicy depth of cinnamon and clove. Rosemary adds a crisp herbal finish that keeps the blend feeling balanced and vibrant. Together, the oils create a layered aroma that feels warming, bright and gently invigorating.
How to use Thieves
- Diffuser: Add 5 drops to create a warm, refreshing atmosphere.
- Steam shower: Add several drops away from direct water flow and allow the warm steam to carry the aroma.
- Inhalation: Inhale gently from cupped hands, a tissue or directly from the bottle.
- On the go: Use in an aromatherapy necklace or apply 1 drop to a tissue.
- Massage: Dilute up to 5 drops in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil before applying to shoulders, chest or back.
- Bath: Blend 5 drops with 1 tablespoon of jojoba or sweet almond oil before adding to bath water.

I recommend Thieves oil to anyone. It is the best, haven’t had the flu and I use this regularly on my feet and the sides of my temple. A great stress release just put a small amount on your hands and rub them together and inhale. I use this at home and work; always carry this oil in my bag. Done away with the flu injection. This is a very fine oil and hopefully will help with flu and other viruses. I use it in my diffuser and it fills the room quickly with it’s delicious scent. I also use it diluted in a spray bottle to disinfect my surrounds.

I was recommended this oil by the owner Elena and I am so glad she did. This is a beautiful blend to keep the mind clear and also keep the space flowing. I use thieves in a diffuser to keep the germs away and any cold symptoms just vanish after a few hours. I have not had a flu this winter season and I believe it’s due to this oil.
This oil has helped me so much that recently I bought these for a few friends who were isolating. It helped to keep them calm, present and very grounded! Everyone should have it.
