Essential oils to help with grief

Aromatherapy certainly offers quite a few essential oils helping to allay grief. Some essential oils seem to be exceptionally comforting when used with loving care, especially during a massage.

Warming oils such as benzoin, marjoram and especially rose absolute are used to alleviate a feeling of loneliness after bereavement. But it is always up to a grieving person. They might choose the essential oils such as uplifting bergamot, soothing chamomile, or lavender.
