Essential oils to help with grief

Aromatherapy certainly offers quite a few essential oils helping to allay grief. Some essential oils seem to be exceptionally comforting when used with loving care, especially during a massage.

Warming oils such as benzoin, marjoram and especially rose absolute are used to alleviate a feeling of loneliness after bereavement. But it is always up to a grieving person. They might choose the essential oils such as uplifting bergamot, soothing chamomile, or lavender.

Other essential oils which are recommended by aromatherapy to help with grief are uplifting and euphoric neroli, petitgrain and jasmine.

There are a few more essential oils which may help with grief as they are helpful in alleviating anxiety, depression, nervous exhaustion, and stress.

The best way to apply will be massage and diffusion. A grieving person may choose the essential oils that are more appealing and pleasant for the situation. The good thing is that they may use different oils every day to achieve a peaceful state of mind.
