Well-Being and Nasal Congestion Blend
Mix the essential oils and add to the grapeseed carrier oil and place in a warm bath; stir well and soak in the bath for 20 to 30 minutes, inhaling the powerful vapours.
- 4 drops neroli essential oil
- 2 drops rosemary essential oil
- 2 drops tea tree essential oil
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed carrier oil
Tea Tree aroma is similar to eucalyptus. It is sometimes called “a medicine cabinet in a bottle,” its uses are so many.
It is effective against bacteria, fungi and viruses, and it stimulates the immune system.
Use it in compresses, massage oil blends and baths to fight all sorts of infections, including urinary tract, herpes, shingles, flu and colds.
It may help to heal wounds and to encourage scar tissue regeneration.
