Stay Grounded

It is easy to stay balanced and grounded in today’s reality. Protecting one’s energy is helpful as well as practising self-care.

Cedrol is a natural sesquiterpenol that shows up in Cedarwood essential oil. It calms the nerves and soothes anxious feelings.

Lavender is famous for its relaxing quality due to the soothing presence of linalool and linalyl acetate which calm the nervous system.

Clove bud gives this blend depth and spice. It contains eugenol that may inhibit an enzyme that breaks down “good mood’ hormones like serotonin.

You can substitute clove bud with cardamom in case you have a clotting disorder or impaired liver function.

  • 10ml Jojoba, Simmondsia chinensis, oil
  • 2 drops Lavender, Lavandula angustifolia, essential oil
  • 2 drops Cedarwood atlas, Cedarus atlantica, essential oil
  • 1 drop Clove, Eugenia caryophyllata, essential oil

 

Mix the oils in a roll-on bottle which you can always take with you and apply on your pulses and stay grounded and mindful.
