It is mainly how we react to external stress sources. We can obviously recognise the source of the stress and help our body to reduce the levels of stress. Anything like physical activity including a walk, yoga, or relaxation techniques such as meditation or creative activities can help. And one of the most effective de-stressing activities will be aromatherapy.
A huge amount of essential oils is at our disposal to cope with our stress levels. Actually, all the sedative and anti-depressant oils may induce relaxation. They are bergamot, chamomile, clary sage, jasmine, lavender, marjoram, neroli, palmarosa, petitgrain, rose, rosewood and vetvert.
