Feeling down and essential oils

Can essential oils help when feeling down

Nature is having a bright green feast.

I love this emerald green colour everywhere, especially as it complements the green sea water beautifully.

So why, then, do we not …feel happy?

I think, our body has a hard time keeping up, and so does our spirit. We feel exhausted and need some help to boost our immunity and spirit, so that we can enjoy our life again!

In our world today there is such an extreme disconnection from everything we do, from each other and from ourselves.

This creates the feeling of wanting to return to some place we are missing.

May be we need to pay more attention to what we want and what is good for us.

Aromatherapy is here to show us a natural way to take a proactive approach to well-being.

Some essential oils are uplifting to use during the day, others are to feel relaxed at night, and from just inhaling their beautiful aromas we fortify our immunity and reduce the chance of getting infections.

Allow your favourite oils or blends to support your body and heart through this time of transition.

It is the time when your whole body needs your loving care with a little help of essential oils.

To stay in overall balance means getting enough sleep, calming your stress levels, reducing germs in your environment, and more, – and essential oils can help with ALL of these areas.

We are here to help you use the oils safely and stay happy.

Why don’t you try the blends that AromaSense suggest using for a good night sleep – Sweet Dreams, or going through the day and staying calm – Day Dream, or keeping germs and viruses away, Thieves or Zesty.

If you are a newcomer you might start with the pure essential oils.

Sweet orange and bergamot essential oils are uplifting and optimistic, but are also relaxing.

Bergamot essential oil has a very bright and spicy aroma, it helps us stay optimistic and relaxed at the same time and spontaneous with letting go what holds us from enjoying our life.
Sweet orange is a mild sedative and a gentle anti-depressant.

It has a sweet floral aroma.

Both citrus oils will help you clear your mind and tune in on a more optimistic mood. It is like detoxing your mind!

Cinnamomun camphora or ravintsara originates from Madagascar, the essential oil is distilled from the leaves.

It shows amazing qualities: soothes anxiety and stress, relieves depression and supports self-confidence.

As well as that, it is believed that Ravintsara has an immunostimulant capacity, possibly on account of its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and tonic actions.

It has a fresh, clean, Eucalyptus-like scent.

The dominant component, 1,8 cineole, is largely responsible for this.

The aroma is refreshing and energizing.

Remember, the sun will always shine again.
