Rose essential oil uses because of its powerful tonic effect on the nervous system, and on the stomach, liver and spleen, but is generally less used for these purposes, as there are other essential oils which are far less expensive.
Rose essential oil uses in skin care
Rose essential oil can be used for all skin types, but it is especially valuable for dry, sensitive or aging skins. It has a tonic and astringent effect on the capillaries and in fact on the circulation generally, which make it useful for diminishing the redness caused by enlarged capillaries in the cheeks, though treatment needs to be kept up every day for many weeks, or even months, before real improvement can be expected.
