Ten ways to use Essential oils:

Massage

Enjoy the relaxing and revitalising benefits of an aromatherapy massage by using up to 10 drops of essential oils to 20 ml of carrier oil.

Bath and Spa

Treat yourself to a spa with AromaSense essential oils or synergistic blends. Mix 10 drops in 30ml of sweet almond oil and massage into your skin. Add 10drops into your bath, whirl the water to release the vapours, relax and inhale.

Shower

Use a few drops of AromaSense essential oils on the floor of the shower (cover drain) and inhale the vapour.

Inhalation

Add 4-6 drops of essential oil to 1 litre of hot water. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the vapour. AromaSense โ€˜Breathe Easyโ€™ decongestant blend is extremely relieving for cough, flu and chest congestion. Direct inhalation: 1-2 drops on tissue.

Foot bath

Add 5 drops of essential oil to warm water. Peppermint essential oil will soothe tired feet.

Compress

Add 5-6 drops of AromaSense essential oil to 1 litre of water. Immerse cloth in water and place on area needed. Use hot water for arthritis and rheumatism and cold water for headache, sprains and bruises.

Diffusers

Add 6 drops of AromaSense essential oil to the water in your diffuser. Leave the room smelling beautiful and enjoy the therapeutic effects.

Body & Facial Products

Add 2 drops of a healing essential oil to your creams, lotions, shampoos & conditioners.

Mouth wash

Use 1 drop of spearmint oil in a small glass of water. Rinse and gargle. Do not swallow.

Cleaning & washing

  • Add 4-5 drops of your favourite essential oil in final rinse of your washing machine.
  • Add 1-2 drops of lemon oil in dishwashing water
  • Add a few drops of lemon, pine or eucalyptus oils to a warm water to clean your tables, bathrooms and benches.
