Tips on essential oils for hair growth
One of essential oils’ benefits is improving scalp and hair health. Some oils help hair growth, others add strength and shine. Give the scalp a gentle massage with circular movements to boost micro circulation while you breath in the wonderful scents of essential oils to feel stimulated and soothed.
Many years ago, I came across a shop assistant with the most beautiful long hair. She wore a simple cotton dress and no make-up, but her hair made her look stunning. I immediately asked her what her secret was. She was more than happy to tell me that she washed her hair with a natural shampoo containing lavender essential oil.
Lavender essential oil can help speed up hair growth due to its quality to generate the growth of cells. Also due to the oil’s anti-microbial and anti-bacterial activities, lavender oil can improve scalp health.
Mix a few drops of the lavender essential oil in a spoon of argan oil and rub just a few drops into your scalp, leave it in at least for 7 minutes and wash your hair as you normally would.

Peppermint essential oil increases circulation to the area it is applied to, which can help hair growth. The oil can increase the number of follicles, their depth and overall hair growth.
