Try these three essential oils in a diffuser when you are calming down in the evening and let it help you slip off to sleep. For massage mix 5 drops of the oil/s of your choice with a carrier oil such as argan oil, mix well in a glass bottle with a dropper, warm up a few drops between your palms and rub into the body.
